Bexar Private Suite's private bedroom has a Queen size bed with a memory topper, closet, lockable door and TV equipped with Hulu, Netflix and Prime video. The private full bathroom is next to the private room. You have access to the following spaces and amenities such as:

* Backyard patio deck and turf breezeway, equipped with comfy lounge seating, propane powered modern fireplace and a shaded turf area

Guest have access to private lockable bedroom downstairs, private full bathroom down stairs, full-size kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room and outside patio

*This is private bedroom and bathroom with a shared living room/kitchen/laundry room/patio. There is another Private Pearl Suite on the right side of the house that other guests may rent at the same time as you rent the Bexar Suite. Driveway parking is a shared space as well.

*Please treat our home with respect
*Please limit food and drinks in the bedroom to prevent spills and stains (a $50 will be charged for any stain found, including bodily fluids)
*Please bring all dishes to the kitchen before you leave
*Please put all dishes in the sink, feel free to clean or put straight in the dishwasher as well
*Absolutely no parties on the premises a $250 fine will be charged if there is evidence of a party being held
*Absolutely no smoking inside, on the back porch, or front porch. A $250 fine will be charged if there is evidence of smoking on the premises
*No pets are allowed

***No visitors are allowed inside the property other than the booking guest count. If your guest count is different than the booking we will request the appropriate fee.
